Oral Presentation

• Presentation times (including Q&A) are as follows:

  • Plenary Lecture: 60 minutes

  • Invited Talk: 30 minutes

  • Regular Talk: 20 minutes

• We encourage presenters to use their own laptops for oral presentations. Please note that only HDMI connections are available for the projectors in each oral session room. If your device requires a different type of connection, be sure to bring the necessary adapter(s).

• Please also bring a backup of your presentation file in Microsoft PowerPoint format on a USB flash drive. In case of technical issues with your laptop, a Windows laptop with Microsoft PowerPoint is available in each oral session room.

• A laser pointer will be available on the presentation table. A power strip (Type A, 100 V, 50 Hz) will also be provided on or near the table for your use.

Poster Presentation

• Each poster board measures 180 cm in height and 90 cm in width. Please ensure your poster fits within these dimensions.
